Fabricated Containers to Spec: The first level of construction we offer is the fabricated container. This level of completion prepares all of the steel fabrication of the containers for your project. This means all door and window frames will be installed to spec. along with removing walls and reinforcing the structural requirements.
Architectural Shell: The architectural shell takes the fabricated container to the next level. This stage of construction includes installation of all doors and windows, exterior stud walls installed and first layer of spray foam on the interior of all exposed steel. This stage of completion is general contractor friendly and ready for electrical and plumbing runs.
Finished Structures: When it comes to fully completed residential homes and structures, we work directly with you or a general contractor to see your project through to completion. We approach our projects from a new construction perspective rather than a modular(prebuilt) type of structure. Our Bungalow (one bedroom off-grid cabin) is the exception to the rule and can be prebuilt and delivered worldwide.
